I love the fact that most of your creations are Malay dishes that are totally unknown in France :) I don't think we have a lot of Malay restaurants in my country either (except in Paris of course), so every post on this blog is like a whole new world of culinary possibilities, at least from my very French never-left-Europe perspective.
